Closing that gap has been my life’s work for nearly two decades. I founded Matadors Leadership Institute because I believed — and still believe — that Africa is not short of young people willing to lead.
We are short of the infrastructure, the systems, and the long-cycle investment that turns willingness into capacity. That same conviction has driven my policy work, my writing, and every stage I have stood on.
